I asked a question on here yesterday, just wanted to ask another about the threatview scan sections, I only have a single DNS resolver on my Name Server Configuration and it’s marked it as bad – why is that?
By only having a single DNS resolver you’re basically making yourself open to DOS attacks on the resolver – I think the recommended amount of unique resolvers is 4? I don’t know if you do your configurations yourself or is someone else does them for you but you should reconfigure to 4 resolvers to make sure that any outages won’t affect the sites uptime.
Okay, thanks for your advice, I used to do a lot of the work myself but I think I’m going to look into outsourcing.
