The Threatview portal is giving me an ‘E’ score for not using captcha technologies. What is the benefit of using captcha? Do other business owners think it’s worth getting?
It was recommended to me to get Captcha as well – I did and found
it helped with bots, our developers put in captcha when we were
receiving a lot of spam purchase attempts and it blocked the
activity. I would definitely recommend it, get your developer to put
it on your checkout page and maybe even the sign up page as well.

Thanks for responding, I know people have lots of opinions on Captcha and I don’t want to deter customers by adding an extra step but also want to make sure I am keeping my website as secure as possible, I’ll speak to my devs and see what they think as well.
